Excellent from start to finish
Laura worked tirelessly with Michelle to finalise my sale and purchase. When time was of the essence towards the end of the process due to an ultimatum from my buyer, Laura was on hand to talk me through everything and reassure me but she also remained honest throughout. I cannot thank them enough.

Good experience
I had a generally positive experience working with Laura. She was knowledgeable and ensured all the necessary steps were taken to complete the process successfully. However, I felt that some aspects of the process could have moved a bit faster. Despite this, they were responsive to inquiries and ultimately got us to completion. Overall, a solid service with room for a bit more efficiency. Thanks to the team for their efforts!

Could have been better...
I required conveyancing support during divorce proceedings. Things didn't start well when no-one dialled into my initial meeting. I think it would have helped if they had understood the task by talking to me. (I had explained a lot to the initial 'front door' - but they'd passed me onto Valerie Holmes.)
The apps that they sent for me to use didn't work properly/weren't applicable to my case. This meant that what should have been fairly simple became very time-consuming. It was hard to get put through to the right person when I had a question, & communications generally weren't great. It didn't make an already-stressful process any easier.
I think the team were trying, but perhaps they were just massively over-worked. The whole process took c.3 months, which seems like a long time for a name change on house deeds...

Fantastic from quote too complete
Laura and the team worked up untill the last moment! They were easy too get hold of, spoke like normal people and explained all the legal jargon. They were always efficient and quick. Would 100% use again and recommend.
