Sale of my property
Shelley and Laura were professional and helpful from start to finish with the sale of my property, keeping me updated, I would highly recommend.

Buying and selling properties
What a brilliant service carried out by Laura and Shelly and the team .which was a little stressful at times for what should have been a simple procedure in my opinion,a vacant property at one end and a cash buyer at the other end and us in the middle , but due to our sellers solicitor costing us all 3 weeks of nothing being done for some reason ! cost us and our buyer £10,000 each due to the budget and our seller was extremely ill at the time which I’m sure didn’t help him very much ! .But Laura kept us informed and we got there in the end .

Property Sale
I cannot recommend Laura Mabin and Shelley Dancer highly enough for how they have dealt with my transaction. All calls and emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently and communication with all parties was done effectively. Any questions I had, were answered clearly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. Laura was always professional and her knowledge of her field was evident. They were always friendly and approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

Buying and selling again

Highly recommended
The service received from Frettens LLP was excellent. They handled both our sale and the related purchase professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear and frequent and the two solicitors were always available to answer telephone enquiries.
