Started process of selling joint owned home with Kate and later all business was passed to Nadine. We also had dealing with Matthew who completed his part of the process satisfactorily. Nadine picked everything up well and was very good at keeping us informed by e-mail/phone although we did notice the on-line progress checker was not updated.

Excellent Service
Excellent and very efficient service from all the staff at Hedge End. Matthew was very professional and patient. We did not feel at all rushed as he explained everything in detail.

Would recommend
This is the second time we have used Eric Robinsons Solicitors. The first time was for advice regarding a family matter and the second time was to write our wills. On both occasions we were extremely impressed with the service provided, at no point were we rushed or pressured into anything that we did not want. For the family matter we saw Elizabeth Waghorn, and for the will we saw Matthew Porter, both of who we would recomend to anyone. We would also like to say how helpful and friendly everyone that we spoke to, both in person and by telephone, were.

Making a will
Finally got round to making a will with the help of Matthew Porter ( Hedge End office ).
Matthew was completely understanding of our wishes and was also very professional and compassionate.
