Excellent service
Jo Reader from Clifton Ingram dealt with the sale of my mums property after she passed away.Jo was professional, efficient,helpful and friendly, always there to answer any questions that I had. Sale went smoothly without any problems, highly recommended.

Auction Conveyancing
I used Clifton Ingram to do the conveyancing on a high value property sold at auction in November 2024. My solicitor was Jo Reader.
I was very happy with the service received. Jo was efficient, polite, professional and looked out for my interests.
Everything went through smoothly.

Joanne Reader - Conveyancing of house purchase
We had Joanne Reader from Clifton Ingram carry out all of the conveyancing work for our recent property purchase.
Joanne was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and got us from receiving our contracts, to completion within 25 days.
Joanne was very professional, kept us constantly informed as to what was happening and really kept pressure on our sellers solicitor.
This made for a super simple and straightforward process.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use you guys again.

My flat went on sale twice through auction. Jo Clifford was great, she was clear, communicative and supportive. I felt unsecure with what was happening after my first auction fell through but Jo made me feel protected and safe. I am grateful for the service that was provided by the solicitor’s firm.

Excellent overall
I found Jo by recommendation and now would only ever want to use her for any conveyancing ; I completely trust her to act for me professionally , efficiently and punctually with the added element of keeping things simple taking the stress off of myself ; the estate agent I use also thanked me for introducing him to Jo as he was so impressed also

Refreshing
