Specialised & Seamless Coveyance service for Foreign Buyers
Kathy essentially saved us from perpetual waiting and stress on concluding missives of a house that we bought with cash. Before transfering my case to Kathy, around 2 months after my intial offer was accepted, my previous attorney was very skeptical about my funds originated from my home-country. Even though it was completely normal from my POV, I was put on extreme scrutiny that they would outsource me to a third-party company for an upfront cost only to examine how my funds shall be investigated, while being confused about my home-country jurisdictions or whatnot. I was just fed up with them putting a halt on completion, which was also the moment I approached Kathy.
Since the transfer, Kathy was very resourceful and cleared out all of the concerns and hesitations my previous lawyer had imposed on me. Kathy was not only extremely helpful and professional with the conveyance work, she would also answer my miscellaneous queries. It took perhaps just under a month to get the keys.
Huge thanks to Kathy for getting everything done, and would recommend every property buyer from Hong Kong to approach Kathy for any conveyance work

Great service, highly recommend
I got Kathy's contact from my family saying her service was excellent. When I first contacted her, she explained the conveyancing process very detailed, so that I knew the steps for buying my first new house. I got my keys in 2 months so I think the whole process is very smooth without any trouble.
