I can't thank Charles Fraser enough for his advice and approach at a very difficult time for an elderly relative who was suddenly and unexpectedly incapacitated through illness. Charles was instantly available to discuss the issues on the phone, gave clear and helpful advice, following this up with face-to-face appointments at a difficult location, whilst ensuring to minimise additional costs. My relative was instantly at ease with Charles and reassured that his affairs would be in order. Charles' attitude to his clients makes it clear why he is a STEP/Lifetime lawyer and we will certainly approach Longmores again should we need advice in this area in future. Thank you.

Excellent advice
Charles Fraser has excellent knowledge of his area of expertise.
He was able to help my parents have deficiencies in the current Wills corrected and without his initial advice they would not have even realised the old Wills had been wrongly prepared.

Patience personified
We instructed Charles to pull together our wills after a number of personal changes in circumstances. Although not complex, there were many details he found and incorporated which we wouldn’t have thought of. The process was thorough and required much patience from Charles as we were superb at delaying things for one reason or another.
A fantastic experience with a really lovely professional who we would not hesitate to use again.
