Megan Aspinall

Trainee Solicitor

Megan Aspinall is a Trainee Solicitor in the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in March 2022, and is based in the Exeter office. Megan specialises in assisting fee earners with wills and estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and probate matters. She also has extensive experience in other elements of private client matters, such as Charitable Trusts relating to the Almshouses in Newton Abbot. Since joining WBW Solicitors, she has been studying towards her LLB with the University of Law and will obtain her degree certificate in the Summer of 2024. Megan has demonstrated that she is passionate about the law and keen to further her knowledge and experience within the department by choosing to study subjects that will assist her in the workplace such as Mental Health and Capacity Law.
