first time buyer purchase
I'm very happy to recommend Rebecca Ross at Watermans Solicitors. A family member used her for conveyancing a few years ago and strongly recommended her. She was very efficient and always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Her advice on what to offer for a purchase and the negotiations on the paperwork, purchaser's rights etc after a successful offer were invaluable.The sale proceeded smoothly and was timely. I would not hesitate in asking for Rebecca again and am very happy to recommend her.

Purchase of our new home
Rebecca was extremely attentive and responsive to all our queries and kept us updated on developments related to our purchase. Despite potential issues arising during the end of our purchase, out with Rebecca's control, she acted in a calm and professional manner, and ensured everything proceeded as planned.

Excellent solicitor.

Rebecca was great
Myself and my husband sold out first home with Watermans. Rebecca was excellent throughout the transaction. Always there at the end of the phone to answer questions and provide advice. Would recommend Watermans for conveyancing.

Move to Shetland
Watermans handled the sale of our property in West Lothian and forward purchase in Shetland faultlessly. During our sale [which included a few bumps in the road] we greatly appreciated Lindsey's professionalism, good advice and friendly approach. Our conveyancing ran smoothly thanks to Rebecca's hard work. She kept us informed at all times, and was always on hand to respond to any queries we had. Property Purchase
Honestly couldn't have asked for much more from Watermans and Rebecca in particular. She was able to give us solid advice, guided us as first time buyers through the whole process, and allowed us to spend our mental energies only on what we specifically needed to do.
If we decided to move house again in the future (hopefully not for a good while), Watermans would be top of the list of who we would contact.
