Timely , understandable and stress view support
Working with Rebecca and Alexandra from Smith & Co has been a remarkably stress free experience. Having suffered from incompetence and a complete lack of commitment during the sale of my previous property, the team at Smith & Co were a breath of fresh air during the purchase of my new one. Sale of my late mother's house
Smith and Co were so professional but not only that they were so friendly and supportive of the situation. They were also very efficient with no delays. I would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional service
it was a delight to have Alexandra work on the sale and purchase conveyance for me, she was helpful and prompt throughout the whole process we had a great level of communication which really made the whole process stress free I can’t recommend her and her team at smith and co enough.

House move made very simple!
First time buyers with no idea on what to do or what happened during the process! Alex made the process, simple and almost easy.
Our first house fell through at the last minute and even though we were upset having Alex about made it a lot less painful. Fees were clear and we felt given the service and advice very good value. Don’t want to move again in a hurry but hope Alex is still doing this if we ever do.

Efficient and professional
We completed on our first home purchase in Aug with Alexandra of Smith and Co Solicitors and we are so happy with the service we received. The icing on the cake for us was getting our deed document back the day before my birthday. Smith and Co is a local firm, so well sourced and everyone we spoke with were very helpful and kind. From beginning to end we were well informed by Alexandra and we didn't need to chase our solicitor because she was on it at all times and she kept us looped in, this really helped put our minds at ease during the home buying process. We did not live locally to our solicitors or the home we purchased but this did not cause any issues with getting the purchase through before the start of the school term as we were on a deadline. We would 100% recommend Smith and Co and most importantly we would recommend our solicitor Alexandra Wolff-Evans because she is brilliant, efficient, professional, tenacious, easy to talk with and at all point provided us with good legal advice while answering the questions we had along the way. We could say so much more about the good quality service we received at Smith and Co with our solicitor Alexandra Wolff-Evans but just know that with this firm you are in very good hands.
