Abbie qualified as a Solicitor in 2023 and joined Nelsons as an Associate in May 2024. Abbie advises on contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters and commercial debt collection, supporting insolvency practitioners, company directors, private individuals, companies, creditors and financial institutions concerning asset recovery, antecedent transactions such as transactions at an undervalue, preferences and transactions defrauding creditors, directors’ conduct and misfeasance claims. Abbie also advises on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters and has recently started to gain experience in advising trustees in bankruptcy concerning bringing proceedings to recover bankrupt’s assets for the benefit of the bankrupt’s estate. She also has experience in administration appointments.
