Amazing from start to finish!
We had a brilliant experience from start to finish from Vicky and her team. No matter what time of the day we had quick responses to emails and we never felt the need to chase for updates, as we were regularly kept in the loop. Buying your first home can be overwhelming but the service we received meant we didn’t have to worry about anything, we had complete trust throughout the process and we know everything was done properly with no rushing or cut corners.

Efficient and professional.
I found Poole Alcock through an online list of recommended solicitors. As a first time buyer I was nervous, especially after vicariously experiencing the nightmare my sister had had with her solicitors when she first bought a home.
My fears were put at ease after the first phone call. Despite taking five months to complete (due to issues in the chain out of our control) Vicky and her team were up to speed at every step of the way, and it was because of their efficiency that I was never the reason for a delay.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough. If we ever sell or purchase again they will be my ’go-to’.
