Excellent Service

(LPA) Lasting Power of Attorney
My husband and I cannot praise Patrice enough.
She was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, kind and approachable. We didn't feel that there was any rush and ensured that we understood what was required of us. We spoke on the phone, zoom called and visited the office and emailed. Patrice responded very quickly if we had any issues, no matter whether small or large.
We would definitely use her again.

Excellent service

Probate - Review of Service
Patrice was extremely good. She was thorough, professional and responsive. She managed me and my application exceptionally well. She was personable, patient and highly responsive. She made the process clear and simple. She was very easy to deal with, approachable and decisive when necessary. Great service. Excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Patrice to others. By way of background, I have worked in the legal sector at a very senior level with global law firms for over 25 years, so I am fully aware of the levels of service and professionalism required. Patrice would not be out of place in any of these organisations based on my experience.
