I would highly recommend Brady Solicitors as they were extremely helpful with assisting me in my lease extension process. The legal team are always available and very responsive. Brady Solicitors are helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. I particularly would like to thank Lizzie and Andrea for their being very accurate and diligent - they were both incredibly helpful throughout my lease extension.

Excellent Service from this Company
Can’t recommend highly enough, received such good service extending a Lease with a somewhat ‘challenging’ FH. Always kept informed, great attention to detail and most importantly, excellent advice and I know they achieved the best result they could for me. Reasonable costs for the service provided, thank you Andrea and Lizzie.

Professional, knowledgable, communicative - 100% would recommend.
Lizzie and Andrea at Brady have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my lease extension. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and their pricing is in line with the market. But what really sets them apart from 99% of the solicitors that I have dealt with in my life is their responsiveness and communicativeness. If you send them an email, you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours. You can't say that for most solicitors.

Painless
Andrea White and Lizzie Kendrew just completed for me on a lease extension.
This was the second time I have used Brady Solicitors, the first time was to resolve a management company issue.
Each time I have found them to be excellent communicators who take all the pain away that I have felt with other solicitors over the years.
They tell you what they are going to do, when they are going to do it and how much it is going to cost … then it just happens. I could not be more pleased.
I will definitely use them again.

Excellent firm
I am a property landlord and have dealt with a very large number of firms of lessee’s buyers and seller’s solicitors throughout my career. Of all the firms I have dealt with I have found Brady to be one of the much better firms. They are very knowledgeable in their understanding of landlord and tenant matters (as can be seen from their website) and efficient in their dealings. They keep you regularly updated, without needing to be prompted. We have used the firm for many years and intend to continue the relationship. Thank you especially to Andrea and her team.

Professional Service
Andrea and her team steered us through the complications of extending our lease helping to reduce the stress of dealing with mountains of paperwork and red tape. Andrea was always at hand and replied to our ever expansive questions on the minutiae of extending your lease promptly and cost effectively sticking to the quote that was initially given to us even if at times we asked for that little bit extra . I would definitely recommend Andrea and Brady Solicitors and will use them again if required.

Great to work with and very helpful
Thank you to Brady solicitors (especially Lizzie and Andrea) who were really helpful with our lease extension. I’m the power of attorney for my Dad who is disabled and they were very accommodating and understanding of this which was greatly appreciated.
