Land Option Agreement

Complex Solar Investment Facility
Emma was great at the critical aspects of this complex transaction. Transaction involved finance, corporate and renewables aspects. Thanks very much to Emma and Dom for working hard to complete this complex transaction with a wide range of stakeholders. This will now contribute to the deployment of solar in the UK as part of our critical road to net zero.

Professional services in respect of granting of an option

Sale of share in business/property.
Trusted Woolens with the sale of my share of a business that I had started from scratch some 20 years ago so as you can imagine this was quite a sensitive journey for me. Have never done anything like this before so didn’t know quite what to expect, expectations and reality are quite different, but Woolens have your best interests at heart so you can’t rush a good job. The sale has now all gone through and I can move on with the next part of my life. I thank Woolens and both Emma’s very much for all their hard work.
