Tenant Eviction

5

We had a great experience recently working with Daniel George Peacock (solicitor) at Hewitts. We had a landlord repossession case involving a difficult tenant and his sound advice was delivered in a knowledgable and professional way, which was greatly appreciated. We felt confident with Daniel on our team, we'd certainly work him again without hesitation!

After being introduced to Daniel Peacock, who acted on my behalf, the service, communication and attention to detail was fantastic.
Daniel worked tirelessly to obtain the best outcome for myself, which I was extremely pleased with.
I would recommend both Hewitts and Daniel to anyone who requires support regarding their employment contract.

Requested Daniel to send section 21 notice to our tenants. This was done immediately and he was available to discuss situation every time I telephoned with a concern. Thank you for excellent personal service during a very difficult stressful time.
