Stephens & Son handled our recent house sale and purchase. The service was excellent. A special mention has to be made for Yasmin, who was consistently polite and friendly, helpful and efficient, and made a potentially stressful exchange much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Outstanding Service
Wow. I was recently lucky enough to have the privilege of using Heidi Thompson and Yasmin Doroudy for the sale of my house. Incredible, I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they made the process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient.
What stood out the most was their personal and friendly approach, they went far above and beyond. They actually seem to care. Unlike some firms where you feel like just another client, Heidi and Yasmin's communication was efficient, they relentlessly chased and made the sale of my house go through rapidly, even over the Christmas period. These girls are incredible and I will actually miss their emails in my inbox!!
Highly recommended and I will have to sell another house to use them again.

What can we say about our experience with you all at Stephen's and son
We had a fantastic experience with our solicitors who were hardworking and completely on the ball when sorting out any problems. Yasmin is not only a professional but also a very fun person who made every step of our journey stress free because of her happy, friendly manner and great work ethic as nothing was to much trouble as she guided us through the whole process with a positive and encouraging nature. Sale of house
First class service stress free my the south of my house very easy for me nothing was too much trouble for them and they are always on the end of the phone if you want to talk to someone very very good

Conveyancing with a smile
We wish to thank Yasmin Doroudy for handling the sale of a bungalow in Davis Estate. Yasmin was very professional, but more than that she was friendly and approachable. The sale of the property took much longer than expected due to problems elsewhere in the chain. The bungalow was the home of my late Mother-In-Law and my Husband and Brother-In-Law's family home, when they were young, so this was a trying time. Yasmin really took the stress out of it: chasing the other party ,giving us regular updates and keeping us cheerful. We knew we were in good hands.
Would definitely use Stephen's and Son again.

Saved our sanity!
We had used Morlings for a house purchase two years prior and found conveyancing seamless. Therefore we had no hesitation in instructing Stephens & Son for the sale of our family home and purchase of our forever home. Unfortunately, we fell victim to losing our buyers at the point of exchange which was ultimately at the fault of them and not us and so we had to resort to other means to purchase our dream home. Yasmin was so communicative and supportive throughout the process and patiently waited for us to get our “ducks in a row”. Heidi joined and become our conveyance and together they not only supported us but were honest (Brutally!) to ensure we not only got our home, but in the most sensible timely way. Thank you!
