Wonderful Watermans
I could not recommend Donna and all the team at Watermans highly enough. Having dealt with other estate agents previously, I can truly say they are a cut above the rest.
The presentation of the property, the photographs and the blurb were all presented immaculately and showed the property at its very best.
The team are always willing to go out their way to do anything for you. From advice, to carrying out viewings… and tidying away bits when you forget you have a viewing!
Lindsey on the sales team is a joy to speak to. Donna, Lindsey and Tzana are a true asset to the firm.
Aaron and Evie on the legal side have been great too and always on hand with quick updates and answers to ensure a seamless sale.

Complete, excellent value and courteous experience
From start to finish with both Kimberley Mackay our initial contact and solicitor in charge and then when the sale was being prepared with Tzana Webster, the marketing and presentation and finally the sale and the completion with Frances Campbell, it felt as if we had an army of serious professionals aiding us through some very difficult times whilst always responsive and confident in their abilities to resolve any of the problems.
We chose them from afar whilst living in Italy, we have never met them them face to face IRL but they have become relied upon advisers and people that allowed us to trust a process that we had no clue of and they made it appear seamless and and easy.

Tzana is Simply Amazing!
Tzana helped my family with our first home purchase in the East Lothian/Edinburgh area. Her knowledge, professionalism, and effective communication are second to none. Not only was Tzana efficient and prompt with her responses, but her attention to detail helped us to realize an oversight made on our end - ultimately allowing us to raise our bid by £15,000 and put forth our best offer in such a highly competitive market. Furthermore, Tzana is a thoughtful and kind individual, who we thoroughly enjoyed on a personal level. We would give Tzana 10 stars if able, and we highly recommend her services to anyone looking. Perfect service
When trying to choose an estate agent to handle the sale of our flat, we chose Watermans because we had seen a lot of recommendations for them, and Tzana specifically. Now we can see why! Professional and Positive
We sold our flat through Watermans and the whole experience was very positive. The team were great to deal with, really felt that they had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Communication was good, and the advice we received was sound. It was easy to discuss potential approaches that we could take on our sale. On the couple of occasions when we needed a swift response it was forthcoming. Will recommend.

Fantastic
Tzana was an absolute star. My wife and I worked with Tzana to sell our flat and buy our first house. Her communication was first class and her drive and enthusiasm gave us peace of mind that we were in safe hands.
We managed to sell our flat in record time for a price we didn't think we'd achieve thanks to Tzana's advice and experience. Even when the initial sale fell through Tzana was on hand to manage the situation and got everything sorted. She had us back on the market and sold again in under 2 days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Watermans thanks to Tzana's professionalism and hard work.

Sale In Glasgow
I was delighted with the price that the team managed to achieve for this flat. Having an office in Glasgow made logistics easier for surveyor access etc. Would highly recommend.
