We didn't have the simplest process in purchasing, for external reasons, but Simon was excellent, fast to respond and polite form start to end. Excellent service, speed and accuracy of her work is second to none
This is the second house purchase/sale Becky has helped us with. She is a wonderful person to have on your side. Extremely punctual and accurate in her work, if there’s ever a question that needs answering it’s done with knowledge which puts you at ease in a different circumstance. I can’t rate or recommend Becky highly enough and would definitely get in touch if we need her services again.

Sale of a rental property
Simon Pook and Rebecca Hams when Simon was absent dealt with all aspects of the latest sale of our property professionally, quickly and kept communicating on a regular basis as the sale proceeded. I have bought and sold over a dozen properties through them and would highly recommend them.
