This matter was disputed by the other side and the client never instructed us to issue Court Proceedings. The client was advised from the outset of the cost benefit and likely outcome . It was the client’s decision and only a small investigative fee was taken from the client . We cannot be held responsible for the likely outcome under law and for giving robust realistic advice.
