Aiden was born in Lincoln and moved to Suffolk in 2015. He attended the University of Lincoln and graduated in 2011. Aiden began working in a local firm in Lincoln following his degree, where he was a member of the Conveyancing team. He has experience dealing with a variety of residential property matters including Freehold and Leasehold, New Build, Help to Buy and Re-Mortgages. Aiden also acts for several local investors and developers. Aiden is also the firm's Data Protection Officer and Compliance Officer for Finance and Adminstration. In his free time Aiden enjoys sport especially running, football and sailing.

Terrible experience would never use again

They got my partner's name wrong on the land tite document that I had to point out and got another name wrong and values of money wrong in the past also. I have recommended people to not use them. We used them buying our first house and they were good so my partner used them for her father pasting away and they made mistakes but she wanted to use them again for buying and selling our house and they messed up again.

Efficient

Lee was great at keeping us up to date with what was happening with our house purchase especially in the later half of the process, unfortunately the sellers solicitors were not as efficient but Lee kept chasing for us to eventually get the responses and complete our sale. Thanks to Lee and to Aiden too who assisted in Lee’s absence.

TLDR: Aiden and Fairstep were super throughout. Would highly recommend them, especially Aiden for any first time buyers or purchasers buying a new build property.

Aiden at Fairstep has been amazing throughout our long journey to purchasing our first home, Aiden insured that we always had all the information need to support us to make the right choice when things weren’t quite going to plan (due to repeated chain breaks). As first time buyers Aiden made it easy to understand the process, legal jargon and ensured that we had our queries and concerns addressed quickly. Aiden was responsive to emails and calls when necessary, and the online tracking of the case with texts kept us in the loop about what was going on throughout. Above all else Aiden is a genuinely nice guy, pleasure to talk to whilst being professional and efficient at his job. Thanks for all your hard work!

I've used Fairstep from a personal point of view and a professional working view as well, Aiden and his team are always very helpful, responsive and ensure questions are answered. Even when their are issues from the other sides solicitors they made sure everything was still done in a timely manner with our purchase, would happily use again and recommend.

Aiden was very friendly, patient with my many(!) first-time-buyer queries and helped us complete in short order.

Deducted one star as some e-mails went unanswered for a while, we noticed some small typos in some of the docs and the online system which we had to use (and paid for) was not that useful.

Overall great service and would highly recommend!
