Recently had Aiden at Fairstep deal with selling one house and buying another. Couldn’t have been any smoother, I was kept informed of progress all the way and the price was very reasonable too. Efficient
Lee was great at keeping us up to date with what was happening with our house purchase especially in the later half of the process, unfortunately the sellers solicitors were not as efficient but Lee kept chasing for us to eventually get the responses and complete our sale. Thanks to Lee and to Aiden too who assisted in Lee’s absence.

Fantastic service! Highly recommended.
Buying a house is stressful, buying my first ever home was more stressful because I didn't know the process. However, I highly recommend Fairstep Solicitors, honestly they were so good, explained everything and kept the lines of communication up throughout.

Brilliant

House move
Recently used Fairsteps for my recent house sale and new purchase. Found them to be very easy to contact and communication was brilliant. They stayed in contact with us through each step of the process and our work was completed very quickly.
This is the 2nd time we have now used this solicitors and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Fairstep Conveyencing
Fairstep were overall good solicitors. They actioned most tasks quickly and efficently. Communication was sometimes a little lacking from our acting solicitor, but the reception were always friendly and happy to help. Even though we were FTB's the process was quite slow, however this was mainly due to the vendor's solicitor dragging their heels.
Overall I would reccomend Fairstep. Their fees were very competitive too.
