I am a qualified solicitor with more than 25 years of experience in dealing with personal injury claims. I handle all types of accident claims, including accidents at work, tripping and slipping accidents and claims arising from defective products. I handle claims ranging from modest value, involving relatively minor injuries, through to those involving very serious injuries, resulting in high awards of compensation. I have helped many clients with serious life-altering injuries, including amputees and those whose injuries have left them with limited mobility, obtain the best possible outcome to their cases, both in terms of the amount of compensation they have been awarded and also their access to appropriate and enabling rehabilitation services to assist their recovery and to promote their independence where possible.

I didn’t read any reviews about Oliver and Co but contacted them to help me with a workplace injury. Once making contact with them I was appointed a solicitor named Maria Pilkington. Through out my case, Maria was attentive and very professional. She helped guide me through the paperwork and was honest from the beginning.

Although it was not a huge case, but one which was a lengthy case, Maria still stuck with it and helped me follow through the case until the end and it resulted in a win. Maria helped encourage me to follow it through to the end. With Maria’s advice, tuition and professionalism the case was won and I couldn’t have been ever more grateful of the work and time put into it as when the injury happened I was treated with disregard, disrespect and pushed to the kerb.

I cannot recommend Oliver and Co Solicitors enough, they are most certainly a credited firm to work with. And Maria Pilkington is a true credit to Oliver and Co. Thank you again for all your hard work.
