First-time buyer with LISA plus funds from outside of the UK but Rebecca provided super clear instructions, extremely speedy and organised with her work and just made the whole process so much easier. Excellent, highly recommend
Rebecca was amazing! She was proactive, kept us updated at all times, very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, answered any questions we had and gave great advice. She made the process as easy, smooth and straight forward as possible. There were a few issues with the completion statement however these were swiftly rectified. Timely , understandable and stress view support

House purchase
Rebecca took on my case when my previous solicitor went on maternity leave and has been incredibly helpful during the long process purchasing my Gran’s house. She went above and beyond to continually chase the sellers solicitors who were frustratingly slow and always kept me informed of any updates without prompting. I would highly recommend Rebecca for conveyancing. She is friendly, professional, efficient and proactive. No question was too much and her determined perseverance with the sellers solicitors made a huge difference in moving things forward. Rebecca is a real asset to Smith & Co!

Brilliant solicitor!
Rebecca has been extremely helpful throughout the process and she has made our whole experience a lot less stressful. We were updated regularly as things progressed and would always get a quick reply from Rebecca. I would recommend Rebecca and Smith&Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Residential conveyancing
