I was facing a very stressful situation with my landlord after our tenancy ended. He refused to return our deposit of £1,100 and even sent us an invoice requesting an additional £980 after deducting the deposit. This felt incredibly unfair, especially since we had never missed a rent payment and had cleaned the property thoroughly. On top of that,after all these only we got to know that he had failed to put our deposit in a scheme, which made things even more complicated.
Being new to the country, I didn’t know where to turn. I came across the Legal Advice Centre by seen their facebook page and, although I was initially unsure, I decided to reach out.So I leave a message through messenger. Their response was quick, and everything was processed within a day. I later found out from my friend that the same lawyer, Shanon Morgan, had handled a similar case for them, which gave me the confidence to move forward.
Once I spoke with Shanon, I felt reassured and knew she would fight for us. The service was exceptional—quick, friendly, understanding, and highly professional. I truly have no words to express how grateful I am for the support I received. Finally not only the deposit I received two times of my deposit as well.It is all because of Lawyer Shanon Morgan's hard work and dedication to my case.All solved within 4-5 weeks.I hope they continue to have the strength and courage to fight for people in situations like ours. Very professional

Shannon made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with
From our first initial conversation, Shannon was polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was anxious about making a claim against my landlord but Shannon put my mind at ease and she was a pleasure to deal with. Reclaim of tenancy deposit
