Very professional

Shannon made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with
From our first initial conversation, Shannon was polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was anxious about making a claim against my landlord but Shannon put my mind at ease and she was a pleasure to deal with. Her customer service during the time was impeccable and I hope she knows just helpful she was.

Reclaim of tenancy deposit
