Extremely helpful and fast

We had Lauren Arkwell act on our behalf to sort out a help to buy problem we had with our remortgage.

Our other solicitors couldn't proceed and Lauren came to our rescue. With less than 2 weeks until our remortgage, she was extremely helpful and acted fast at every step of the way. We completed on time thanks to her.

I have now instructed Brights twice for house moves. You will always hear that it is the solicitors holding the process up, but in my case I got nothing short of outstanding service. Henry and in particular Lauren, were efficient, clear and most importantly incredibly approachable. Answering all my queries and worries quickly and supporting my understanding of the process. I have used Brights for my last two house sales and I can't praise Lauren Arkwell enough. She has made the whole process less stressful and as I work in an estate agents I can honestly say she is one I would recommend every time.

I have decided that I will ask her as my solicitor for the next house if there is a chance。

Not only she has strong professional skills and a good service attitude, the most important thing is her efficiency, which is really great!
