I am a renowned Family solicitor in Norwich, Partner and Head of the Family Law department at Hatch Brenner Solicitors. I am also a member of Resolution and a trained Resolution collaborative lawyer. I advise on all aspects of relationship and family matters, focusing on complex financial and company issues involving owner managed business, family businesses and farming divorces. I regularly support individuals involved in high net worth divorces involving complex asset structures. I also have experience in dealing with pre-nuptial agreements, deeds of separation, property disputes between cohabitees and cases involving domestic abuse. I regularly advocate in child related cases and offer support to couples who are in dispute concerning issues such as future child arrangements, contact, schooling and where/ with whom a child should reside. I have a wealth of expertise and knowledge and have acted for many professionals within the community. I am a mentor for the law school at the UEA, a governor of a local school and also an active member on other boards. I joined Hatch Brenner in January 2022 having previously been a Partner at Howes Percival.
