We’ve been in contact with this firm for a long 11 years and began our journey with Sandra and then transferred over to Sharon.
I can not put into words just how professional Sharon is, how compassionate, empathetic and highly knowledgeable she is.
No question or query goes unanswered and often after working hours.
A friendly face at all conferences and meetings which makes you feel at ease and everything always explained to make sure we’ve understood what’s been spoken about as some of the legal jargon can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
We had quite a bit of contact with other professionals/paralegals on the team and everyone has equally been very supportive and helpful.
We were very fortunate to have had our daughters legal fees covered by legal aid.

Amazing diligent and Caring
Sharon and her team have gone above and beyond for me and my case. She made sure I understood everything and and was well cared for through out the process. She worked extremely hard and we ended with a outstanding result. I am happy that Sharon was chosen for me. I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me.

Complex Medical Negligence
From day one Sharon was meticulous in her detail to gain as much information as she could, this not being an easy case, but she did it with empathy and compassion. I was always kept informed during the process, and was told when I would expect to hear anything. Even during Covid Sharon and her team were still working on the case to obtain the medical experts’ opinions. Sharon’s vast knowledge and experience was clear to me by obtaining the best experts and counsel for my case. It has taken near on 5 years to reach our outcome, but I cannot thank Sharon and her whole team enough for reaching the outcome we did achieve. Dealt with consideration and empathy at all times during which was an extremely difficult time for myself and my family. Would highly recommend Sharon and her team to anyone.

Medical Negligence Case

Complex Medical Negligence
Our Childrens' Complex Medical Negligence Claims were investigated thoroughly and we were guided expertly throughout the long process without alienating our opinion or question; We felt part of the process of discovery and could ask or stop at any time to review.
We were treated sympathetically but objectively and always with kindness and humour .

Professional and thorough with positive results.
I was directed to Ashtons Legal regarding a potential medical negligence claim. I was put in contact with a lovely lady, called Sharon Allison, who took on my case.

Birth injury leading to neurological deficits claim
The team at Ashtons helped us with a birth injury claim for our son. They have been professional throughout the claim and sensitive to our feelings at all times. Sharon was knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. When we needed advice along the way she was able to provide it and did so efficiently. There were clear timetables set and we were kept well informed of time when she would be out of the business which helped to manage our expectations. Overall we would recommend Ashtons to anyone in a similar situation to us.
