Exceptional service!
Charlotte and the team at Pepperels Hull have been amazing. Great communication, excellent service which lead to a seamless purchase. They’ve definitely earned the spot as my ‘go to’ firm and I recommend them highly!

Poor Communication
I informed them Twice that I would be away for a month and was assured that nothing further was required from me. Two days after I went away I received a communication which required an in person signature from me, delaying the transaction by 4 weeks. The commissioning letter stated the names of Two people in the Newcastle office who would be dealing with my case, I never heard from them again! Instead, someone in the Hull office seemed to do all the work. In addition, without notice, I received a link by email to an online portal which required me to enter bank details. I refused to do this and provided them in person. Also, on a couple of occasions I replied to emails requesting advice and got no response.

A Very Good Service
Not having bought or sold a house for many years I was a little daunted by the prospect however I found Pepperells made the experience very easy. They were very approachable and guided us each step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Swift completion
After purchasing our new house through the modern method of auction we needed a quick turnover. I searched locally for a solicitor and up came pepperells. Thank you Charlotte for your conveyancing. We will use your services again.

Perfect as a first time buyer
Excellent experience with Charlotte and Pepperrels! As a first time buyer and foreigner this was all a bit new but Charlotte made the experience seamless, and the price was very reasonable.

Really efficient from start to finish
