Fabulous service during our house move. Cherry went out of her way to ensure that we got the completion date that we needed. I would recommend to everyone without reservation.

Very helpful
Our move fell through the day before completion. H&S were so supportive through the process and reassuring when we felt at rock bottom. Nothing was too much trouble until we finally sold our property. Cherry in particular was incredible for us.

Slow and Overcomplicated
They were increadibly slow and made everything more complicated than it had to be. They would only respond after a number of calls and the threat of switching solicitors.
They also have an app which does not work at all. Moreover, I did not consent for my email address to be used for marketing purposes and I keep receiving emails.

Efficiency and Accuracy
Throughout my dealings with Cherry Mepham during a property purchase in 2020 with Holley & Steer I was very impressed with her efficiency and accuracy. Caring
From house buying and selling through lock down was challenging for all. However, this was carried professionally with both Cherry and her secretary Denise. I have used them since that time with just the same level of confident and professionalism. I have recommended Cherry to friends and family who have had the same level of service.
I have also more recently made a will with Thomas who was sensitive, kind, caring and very professional.
I would now only use Holley & Steer as my soloictor.

Sold two properties
