We have Just moved into our new home in Oxford, and Mohammed Arfan has dealt with the legal processes for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new one. All the stages were dealt with efficiently, with the not unexpected proviso that the English system for buying and selling domestic property involves periods of waiting and of uncertainties. Fraught with delays due to the buyers solicitor drip feeding questions. Some delays incurred due to technical points concerning property management and annual charges.
