Mohammed was excellent
Mohammed provided an effective and trusted service throughout the conveyancing process.
Given the mess that Mohammed inherited from a previous conveyancer, his professional and calm approach was particularly appreciated. He was polite, friendly and attentive across the whole transaction and he was quick to resolve any challenging situations and timely in all of his communications.

A particularly difficult set of circumstances meant that Mohammed didn't have an easy task with this one. He was very calm, approachable and effective throughout our conveyancing transaction and proved to be a trusted pair of safe hands.

Conveyancing on a purchase
Mohammed was very efficient, sticking to the deadlines he discussed with us, and responding to emails. After a bit of chasing of the sellers solicitors he was very helpful, especially with some good advice in the closing stages of our purchase.

Conveyancing
Mo did an amazing job with the sale of my old flat & also the purchase of a new one. He took over from another colleague but quickly picked up the pieces & was soon up to speed with everything. Its been a very fraught, stressful process as the buyer’s solicitor & lenders were causing endless delays but Mo was always on top of everything & was always available to talk on the phone when needed & always really prompt with his email replies. If only everyone else did as good a job as he did it would have been far less stressful than it has been. Thanks for all your help & assistance Mo I really appreciate everything you’ve done to make it happen despite all the difficulties.
