Excellent work on a professional negligence claim
Michael Frape of Ashtons Legal provided excellent service on a professional negligence claim. He very diligently and thoroughly put together and pursued the initial stages of the claim, with attention to detail, always dealing with the case personally. Fees were adapted to reflect the nature and size of the case. Michael was compelled to give up the case on grounds of economics, but he gave time to complete the task in hand before the handover to my new solicitor and ensured that went smoothly. Eventually a settlement of the case was obtained and this was in part due to Ashtons Legal's excellent work.

A tricky settlement
I had a tricky settlement to negotiate with another party who would not use a solicitor. Michael grasped the dilemma and was hugely helpful at making himself available, often outside of business hours. His focussed calmness was very much appreciated.
