Pleasure to deal with, down to earth and straightforward advice
Very professional experience with Ann in dealing with our pre-nup agreement. Courteous and understanding across all levels of the discussions. Would use their services again in future without hesitation.

Excellent service
I worked directly with Ann McCabe herself for my divorce and she’s been excellent to deal with coupled with a ton of patience and understanding with a “difficult” ex to deal with. The firm have also handled a house sale and purchase for me, I can’t recommend them highly enough and frequently do.

Caring and compassionate Ann
Ann guided me through a difficult and challenging time as I moved through the divorce process and wiped the slate clean with who I thought solicitors were. Ann is the kindest most down to earth lady I have met. She provided honest and helpful advice throughout my journey and I felt like she wrapped me in a caring hug the whole time. I hope to never need Ann’s services again however should anyone need the support I did then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful lady. Thank you

Awful experience, very unprofessional!
I could write a whole essay on the diabolical service I received from this law firm. Made serval mistakes from the get go, which delayed what I was hoping to achieve. When I emailed the head of firm Ann McCabe, she was rude, had no idea what she was talking about. I was trying to delay a sale as myself and my two children were facing homelessness due to the negligence of the child’s father. Ann wrote to me to say they did everything they could to make sure sale happend as quickly and smoothly as they could!? Absolutely Absurd, that she wasn’t even aware this was the exact opposite of my intensions. I was also made aware that “Sarah Longley” who was dealing with my case, was friends with my ex partners auntie who was acting behind closed doors on his behalf, this and the fact they were apparently “making the sale go through as quick as possible” makes me believe they worked against me. It was all back handed and very unprofessional. Ann McCabe was so unprofessional, no sympathy & compassion whatsoever, same goes for “Sarah Longley” who quite frankly had no idea what she was doing. I was invited for a meeting which I never ended up going, as I knew all that would happen would be spoken to like something beneath there shoe, with all there jargon. Please avoid! No doubt she will be trying to get this review down like she did to my mothers.

You have every right as a client to express dissatisfaction with our service,. As you know from my letters, Sarah and I do not accept all of your complaint, especially the suggestion that Sarah colluded with your ex-partner's auntie against you. The offer of a meeting still stands.

Myself and my wife received a first rate service from Ann and Emma with advice and drawing up a mirror will.
From first visit we were given great advice, clearly explained.
I can highly recommend the service which is conveniently situated in Newcastle-under Lyme.
We also found the cost very competitive, and the staff welcoming friendly and efficient.

Highly recommend Ann McCabe
From the very start to the very end Ann McCabe and her staff have helped me through a very stressful Divorce with care and compassion. Ann always tried to make time in her very busy schedule if needed.
