Naushad joined as a Solicitor within our Company Commercial team in April 2018 and was promoted to Partner in May 2019. Naushad has gained much of her experience from working in large City corporate departments and regularly advises on shareholders agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions & disposals, leveraged buy-outs, private equity deals, auction sales, mergers, group reorganisations, Companies Act compliance and Financing issues. She specialises in buying and selling businesses and companies, having worked on transactions valued from £100,000 to £18million. She understands the complexities that arise with transactions of varying sizes, and as such is able to tailor her advice accordingly. Naushad is also widely experienced in dealing with day-to-day commercial issues faced by companies, such as agency and distribution agreements, consumer law, and franchising, priding herself on being able to deliver a full package to partnerships, small to medium companies to large corporates. She is dedicated to her clients’ success and appreciates that this means understanding her clients’ business. Armed with this knowledge, she combines the requisite business acumen with practical guidance to provide sensible legal advice.
