The best legal service I've had recently
For various reasons I've had dealings with a number of legal firms over the past year. Jane Cathcart and Heringtons were by far the most professional, easy to deal with and most proactive to work with. Their level of service was on a different level to their counterparts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The best solicitor I've ever used
Jane Cathcart was a star from beginning to end. Although challenged from the start, our sale and purchase must have been one of the worst. Jane and staff kept us going, honest from the start.
The professional knowledge and efficiency was excellent, so was the sense of humour - much needed at times. It was a long process and we still miss Jane and staff.

Sale & transfer of property
