Professional, efficient, and understanding
I came to Willetts not having used them before and needing a reliable onestop shop for drafting my Will, conveyancing the family home, and managing my related inheritance issues. The Willetts team handled all the above in a timely, professional and joined up way, as well as being always understanding of my issues, and easily approachable. Excellent and efficient service
Alla Zubenko recently completed the conveyancing work on our house purchase.
Everything was clearly explained from the start with full cost breakdown.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, including answering any queries we had along the way.
I would highly recommend Alla from Willet & Co if your looking for conveyancing works in the Suffolk area.

Excellent service
Alla was excellent in the selling of my mother's property. She did everything that she said she would do and she kept me updated with progress. Sometimes this was via email at other times she phoned me
direct. She consistently chased up the companies that were involved in the leasehold as they were not always very forthcoming or efficient. I cannot thank her enough for being so professional and making the sale so straightforward.

Above and Beyond!
As Power of Attorney for my mother, I recently engaged Alla as the solicitor to act for her in the sale of her house and purchase of a flat.
I found Alla to be very warm and friendly in the first instant, she then went on to prove her attention to detail and constant communication during the whole process. All this was done with care and good humour. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
