After a very stressful experience with estate agents and a property that fell through, Alastair kept us reassured and provided some great advice. Outstanding Service
Engaged Meadows Ryan on recommendation of our estate agent, John D Wood.
They were very responsive and communicated really well. Always available and returned calls promptly.
Our 1st buyer fell through which Alastair Hargreaves predicted due to lack of activity from the buyers solicitor.
Our next buyer was in a rush but due to holidays everything happened in a week including exchanging and completing on the same day. All handled coolly and clinically by Alastair. it did help that he was very local so signatures were never an issue.! Great job.
