Excellent conveyance
Excellent professional advice and service from Martin Laszlo for the sale of my mother’s bungalow in Swindon. He kept me well informed throughout, gave clear expert advice (particularly regarding the risks of a complex transaction) and sensitively explained everything to my 94 yr old mother. Great service, efficient and reliable
I have recently used MJP Law for a property sale. An excellent service all round. Prompt replies to any questions I had and a very smooth process (in what can be, a bumpy road) from start to finish. I have used MJP Law a number of times over the last 20 years and the service remains the same- excellent.

A fairly long process that ended well
Martin Laszlo, our solicitor at MJP Law, handled the sale and purchase of our properties. We lost one sale and the second, successful attempt, was completed in a fairly speedy manner. Martin kept us informed with essential details and we felt our best interests were to the fore. Our costs were just as quoted with no extras for phone calls/emails when we needed reassurance or had questions. Glad, though, that it is now all at an end.

A difficult conveyance handled amazingly!
We have been trying to move for almost six years, three failed attempts and a pandemic in the middle before we found MJP Law, Wimborne. We had two attempts to sell, one last year and one this year. Finally we managed to wade through the complexity and MJP law’s experience shone through. Big thanks to Gabbie, Claire, Connie and Martin for all their calm support while dealing with a panic rd and stressed out client. Tremendous effort and so professional. Highly, highly recommended.
