Dreadful and to be avoided in my opinion.
After some delay I (quite rightly) pointed out that any holdup’s were entirely their fault as I had expedited absolutely everything asked of me. She clearly didn't like accepting any fault and cancelled my conveyancy. Incidentally they ‘found’ our missing passport and driving licence ID about a week later despite chasing us for it.
After 8 months of viewings, for it to land on the desk of this particular lady was very unfortunate. I filed an official complaint and another solicitor from the branch asked if the slate could be wiped clean and start again but the damage was already done, the sale was lost and no explanation or apology was forthcoming. Make an informed choice as I cannot recommend.

Diane, Denise and Michelle helped us sell and purchase a property between January and April 2024. The service they provided was excellent and very fast. They were always available to talk to via telephone and answered emails promptly. They were so good and we were so pleased that we are now using them again to buy and sell our next property.
