We just completed on a stressful house sale / purchase that took a long time. The only thing that held things together were the team at Lockings who were excellent throughout. They were extremely supportive / communicative and took the time to explain things clearly at every step as well as answer no shortage of questions and offer advice. Even months into the process they were always available and quick to reply to emails and calls. Olivia Hutchinson and her team were great and managed to get things over the line for us before Christmas despite it looking like an impossible feat!

Straightforward, no-nonsense value for money
We used Lockings as a referral from our Estate Agents but had used many years before. Things have 'moved on' since we last sold a house and probably since COVID lockdown periods with the majority of, if not all, transactions performed, very efficiently, on an on-line portal or via e-mail/Phone. Rarely had to chase, responses were quick and the price was fixed and very competitive having looked at alternatives. Very happy with service and would use again

Excellent communication throughout
Although most of the process of selling my house was carried out by email, everything was very professional and easy to understand. Was kept informed at every stage. Would recommend.

Very Happy
Olivia Hutchinson from Lockings recently handled the sale of my Father's house. The whole process went really smoothly. The communication was good and the sale went through very quickly.
