Zoey L Arscott - Amazing!
Professional, patient, caring, dependable, resourceful, committed.
I went through the toughest period of my life, trying to get my children free from my deeply oppressive ex-partner. When I was overwhelmed, Zoey wasn't, when I couldn't see a way, Zoey found it, when I ran out of funds, Zoey found a way to allow us to continue. I now have the children and we are where we are and who we are because of the professionalism, fortitude, dedication and deep empathy shown by Zoey and this could only of happened within the culture that is Boys and Maughan.

I went into the divorce totally unaware of what lay before me. I was supported, informed, and guided through the process from start to finish. The service I received was truly first class. Every aspect was deal with efficiently and professionally. At no point did I feel out the loop or uniformed. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends or colleagues.

Ensuring the sale of my London Property
I would personally like to send huge thanks both Zoey and her team for manoeuvring a very awkward and sensitive situation to final resolution. Communication was first class at all times with prompt responses. I found Zoey to be really approachable and understanding of the situation which was finally resolved after many years of great expense, but very little result.

Excellent firm and solicitor
I instructed Boys & Maughan to assist me in applying for a Child Arrangements Order. Zoey was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. The communication was always great, I was made aware as soon as there was an update in my case and she was always proactive when she needed to be. Highly recommended and I would definitely use the firm and Zoey again if required.

Child matters

Child arrangement order and child's name change
Boys & Maughan acted for us in a child arrangement order. They were friendly and approachable from the start and were very quick in responding to any questions. Zoey always gave us good advice in a difficult situation and would have no doubt about using Boys & Maughan again and would recommend them to anybody. Excellent service.
