Just what the industry needs!
From the outset, Lorna showed that she was an expert in her field and guided us through some complex snd potentially expensive property issues. Her tenacity and dogged persistence gave us the confidence we needed in our solicitor to insist on viable answers from the other side.
Her communication skills are truly world class and she kept us fully informed throughout the process. Unlike other firms we have instructed, 9-5 does not feature here and Lorna continued to answer questions into late evening. Lorna is a breath of fresh air in the industry and will always be no my first call for future purchases. A great service.

Freehold purchase.
Following a change of landlord and my request to purchase the freehold of my property, I was recommended by my landlord, based on his previous experience in freehold reversion, to use the services of Lorna Ferguson, based at Mezzle Law, Manchester, who subsequently arranged with my landlord and his solicitor for me to quickly purchase the freehold of my house. From the outset, Lorna was most helpful and very quickly answered several queries during the process, during which time it became evident that Lorna has a significant knowledge in this area of law, and soon concluded the transfer, for application to the Land Registry.

Exceptional service and support

Outstanding all round !!
Lorna dealt with a property sale and a purchase simultaneously for me. She was outstanding throughout, keeping us fully informed of both regardless of the hour. Often receiving updates over the weekends and evenings critical to our sanity (when buying and selling properties).
