Phil joined Watermans in September 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the property market, particularly in property purchases and renovation projects across East Lothian and Edinburgh. Prior to joining Watermans, Phil built his own business in Edinburgh for 10 years before concentrating full time on Estate Agency in 2017, most recently as a Property Consultant in East Lothian. "My family and I call East Lothian home, and this is where I specialize in offering tailored, high-quality property advice. Drawing on my first-hand experience I take pride in helping clients navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease. The best part of my job is getting to meet new people and help them turn their dreams into reality. I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I love every day, building meaningful relationships and making a real difference in people's lives."
