As Head of the Agricultural & Rural Land / Commercial Property team, Keri Constantatou has considerable expertise and experience dealing with all aspects of ‘land law’, commercial property and rural / agricultural matters.
Keri joined Gepp Solicitors in 2007 after completing her law degree at De Montfort University and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2013 after training with the firm. Keri became a partner in 2019.
Keri specialises in all rural and agricultural matters and advises clients on a wide variety of issues including easements, development of farmland through promotion and option agreements, reserving the benefit of development value via overage agreements as well as refinancing farms and land and all matters relating to freehold and leasehold property work including farm business tenancies.
Keri is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and has recently been appointed as a council member for the Essex Agricultural Society
