Felt unsupported, vague contact after initial consultation
I felt I paid a phenomenal amount for very little support and guidance. I did not feel my interests were best represented or that I was being looked out for and guided and even had to rewrite some documentation due to wording that would upset the respondent and promote disagreements and spelling errors. I am still not confident the final outcome was best and wish I had represented myself

Divorce
Stephanie give me the confidence I needed to proceed with the divorce. It was a long battle but the advice, guidance and support provided was second to none. Dissolution of Civil Partnership
Difficult situation withbthe divorce but once cooperation from other party was established a clear action plan was pulled together with clear options for me as the customer
