Registration of Enduring Power of Attorney
An appointment with Jack Taylor was arranged promptly on request. At the meeting Jack went through the procedure in detail and completed the necessary paperwork with me.
After the meeting Jack took the trouble to keep in touch regularly by email to keep me advised of progress, which was most helpful.

Dispute of Father's Will and Probate
Jack Taylor handled my dispute very professionally. I was expertly advised about how to proceed, about my choices and the likely reactions of the other party involved. Everything was conducted via email and Skype video meetings because I am not a UK resident. Important note for any overseas clients - UK VAT may not always be applicable to your final bill - check beforehand. All in all my case was handled well and the outcome was satisfactory from my perspective.
