After 4 previous agencies, we chose Forbes who delivered the win
Went through a messy probate due to one narcissist sibling that continued bickering and making things tough for his two other siblings. Forbes took the cash when we eventually agreed between us to use them to sell our late parent's property. After trying 4 previous solicitor firms that did everything they could to make money from our sibling rivalry, These two solicitors Kiran and Hayley were a breath of fresh air. They were assertive and firm with the troublesome party and they walked us through the conveyancing process confidently, professionally and efficiently. They always contacted us separately to provide updates and they continued to be really helpful each time we got in touch with them about other issues that weren't directly about the sale. Most people wait 2-3 months to sell a property. It's been 23 months since our parents passed away and these two solicitors did not let us down. They worked tirelessly during months 21 to 23 and delivered a win for us.

House purchase
Kiran and Hayley have been brilliant throughout the process where there was many hiccups not from there side,
We felt they were in with us personally throughout the process and we do really appreciate it. Service which was of the highest quality and I recommend Kiran and Hayley 100%

Extremely professional

Review of Kiran
Jade and Kiran were very helpful. They responded in a timely manner or any questions I had and also clear with their communication. My only comment for improvement would be that the app wasn’t updated regularly. I have now completed on my house but it still says I am waiting for the Mortage paperwork.
