I HAVE 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HR AND JOINED MOGERS DREWETT IN JANUARY 2017. I have 20 years experience in HR and worked at Director level for over 9 years for a regional Further Education College. My experience includes responsibility for HR across all functions including Resourcing, Relations, Reward and development at both operational and strategic level. I like to provide practical solutions to people related issues and help with ensuring HR is aligned to organisational objectives. My approach is consultative, practical and balanced between meeting organisational and individual needs. I live in Bath with my husband and young son. I enjoy cooking, holidays in north Devon and spending time with my family.
