Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has handled a wide range of conveyancing transactions. Before joining Pellys, he was a partner at a well-established, medium-sized law firm with offices in Chelmsford and Cambridge. He greatly enjoys the fast-paced nature of modern conveyancing, as well as building strong relationships and friendships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the housing sector. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 10,000 freehold and leasehold transactions and takes particular pleasure in helping young first-time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership.
