The new instructions team have been great, it’s 3 weeks since my offer on a flat was accepted and I feel like the purchase process has been started and moved along quickly. Everyone involved has been really communicative and I’ve been kept in the loop at each stage. It’s nice to have the app to see what to expect and when.

Amazing
Everyone at Lyons Bowe has been so helpful especially Tietia in the end process where it can get stressful she was in contact, reassuring and it was a smooth and easy process.

Review of New Instructions stage
I found the team to be generally responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, the ECOS software platform caused several frustrating issues. It wouldn’t allow us to sign documents, displayed irrelevant leasehold sections, and despite the team's suggestion to log out and back in, the problems persisted. We had to fill out lengthy forms multiple times due to the software wiping our answers, and in the end, we had to sign documents manually. This was far from an ideal experience, and the software certainly made things more challenging than necessary.

Excellent service

Helpful and patient
Very helpful and supportive in our early stages of form filling etc. by being sent hard copies of the documents. We found Rhea very approachable and patient. We are being kept well informed of all updates and are confident we can contact them with any query e may have.
