I've got nothing but positive words for this firm, i would like to thank Amelia Smith and philip luke especially from the edgbaston office, from first point of contact to completion Amelia was on board at all times, helped us to complete and get our keys in 5 weeks!! Very polite manner at all times kept us updated whenever we needed to know anything. Went over the line to get it completed before our mortgage offer ran out. I will recommend this firm to anyone genuinely looking for solicitors who understands their clients needs. Someone who does awnser the phone when needed, previously having a bad experience with another firm we are glad we eventually came to Talbots who have changed our lives and helped us get our first home. Thank you to all the staff involved!
