Great service, would recommend
The team were great at helping us through the whole house buying experience. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions which they were were very helpful with. Process was quick and they accommodated us pushing back completion date which was great. Would recommend!

Professional, efficient, friendly
Mark and his team were fantastic. They successfully helped me complete my leasehold purchase in under 10 weeks, just in time to avoid the change in stamp duty, saving me a significant amount of money. Throughout the process they were professional, approachable, and always proactive. They were readily available for updates and always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend their services - thank you to Mark, Beverly, Sam, Stevie-Jean, Sian and the rest of the team!

House move
I was asked frequently by friends & family “how’s the house move going” over the previous few months. I think my reply to everyone was “it’s progressing slowly but I’m so impressed with my solicitors”.
I’ve heard some nightmare stories about firms taking weeks to reply and having to chase for updates but with David Barney & Co. it was actually them doing all the chasing off their own back!
We had a deadline of March 31st to complete (due to the stamp duty changes coming into effect in April) which we set at the start when we had an offer accepted on a property in early November.
Here I am on March 26th, writing this review having moved in 2 weeks ago!
I found Beverly, Mark, Sam & Stevie-Jean all extremely personable, approachable, polite and knowledgable and I’ve already reccomended David Barney & Co. to a family friend who is in the process of moving.
There were a few minor hiccups along the way (mainly caused by our buyers) but they were all resolved extremely quickly.
I don’t think I had to wait longer than an hour for a response to any of the questions/emails that I sent and in one instance, Mark & Beverly were replying to me at 8pm on a Friday evening!!
I was expecting the moving day itself to be extremely stressful and for there to be a lot of waiting around but I received a call from Sam at 10am that morning saying the money had all gone through.
Their communication and efficiency was second to none and I can’t thank the whole team enough!

10/10 Great service
I can’t recommend Mark Feeley and his team highly enough. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. They even managed to get everything completed ahead of schedule—just missing the new tax year—which was a huge bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience with no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely use them again!
