Exceptional service from start to finish
Mark was nothing short of exceptional from the start of the process all the way until completion. Mark was constantly chasing the other parties, and continued to do so when we had a big issue with our house purchase. Mark communicated extremely well, and always kept us informed of the progress of our move. I will certainly be using him again in the future.

Marian Yates gave me excellent advice and her knowledge and understanding was greatly appreciated.
I only gave four stars as I had to chase for updates. I think they should offer a weekly update as standard.

Calm, Professional, and Empathetic.
Mark helped us purchase our property with a very tight deadline. He was calm and re-assuring throughout which was so appreciated.
Mark is very personable and ensured everything was in place for our purchase before going on annual leave.

Profesional, empathetic, and efficient.
Our experience with Beverly was a long one.
She had to guide us through selling a property that was tied into a Japanese Knotweed plan.

Refreshing Approach
I cannot say how much we were impressed with Mark in purchasing our new house.
He worked so hard for us and made the process as easy as it can be when buying and selling a house.
We felt he went over and above what we imagined a solicitor did.

Excellent Experience
This is the second time I have used Beverly and Mark from David Barney for moving house as their service is impeccable. Really responsive by email and phone to all queries, prompt in their communication with other solicitors and myself. Great at explaining terms I needed clarifying on and advising on the process and what to expect. Their team (Sam and Stevie Jean) were also incredible helpful and supportive in the process. Other estate agents and buyers in our house chain also commented how our solicitors had been faultless compared to slow responses and repeat inquiries from other solicitors. Well worth going independent. Their offices are local so I was able to bring wet signed documents directly to them and make our house move as smooth as possible in a 5 property chain.

Amazing service!
As first time buyers, buying a house can be daunting.
